国际米兰110年的历史长河中，只有梅阿查和阿尔托贝利的进球数比博宁塞尼亚更多。1969-1976年间，他代表国际米兰出场281次攻入171球。1970/71赛季，他随国际米兰赢得了意甲冠军，这期间他曾2次赢得意甲金靴。
